The Mysterious Girl Who Wears the Pickelhaube?

 


I've been wanting to ask this for some time now, as I have been seeing scenes of her "resurface" from time to time, but while I find it a bit bizarre and random, slightly comical as it also seems very out of place along with the tank top and even her "wristband", but I am curious as to what anyone may know what the story is behind this girl who always appears in the interview sets with these various guys, who undeservingly dons this Pickelhaube?

If anyone has any information, I am really curious to know. She wishes she were a Prussian, that's the obvious answer...
